Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
We offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48hr (Second Class) postage to any UK address as standard for orders of £50 and over. We aim to post items 3-5 working days after we receive your order. Please bear in mind that we are working with personalised and handmade items, so please allow up to two weeks for personalised items.
International Delivery
If you are overseas, we offer worldwide delivery. We use Royal Mail International Tracked postage.
Customs and Taxes
Items are made and dispatched from the UK. International (including European) customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply on arrival.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Should there be a problem with one of your Hambleton Crafts purchases, please get in touch. If you are not 100% happy with your order and the item is unused and in perfect condition, we'll happily exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery, minus the costs of our postage.
Customers are responsible for return/exchange postage costs and a refund will be processed once we have received the items back and verified they are unused.
Exceptions
If your returned item is not in the perfect condition it was sent to you in, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalised items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
DAMAGED ITEMS
All orders are checked before dispatch. However, if your product arrives with any defects, we will of course offer a full refund or replacement.
We can not refund or replace any items with a fault as a result of misuse or mishandling.
